Brian Spencer

Brian Spencer possesses extensive experience in the fertilizer and chemical industries, currently serving as General Manager of Distribution Facilities at CF Industries since 1991. In this role, Brian oversees a multi-state system responsible for the receipt, storage, and shipment of over 2 million tons per year of both bulk liquid and dry fertilizers, managing a workforce of 300 employees across various operational functions. Prior to CF Industries, Brian held management positions at Explosives Technology International and E.I. DuPont de Nemours, where responsibilities included field sales support, chemical plant operations, and engineering sales. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
