Ewout Vermeulen

Ewout Vermeulen is a highly experienced professional in the field of security and engineering, currently serving as LISO Support at EUSPA since December 2024 and as Principal Security Consultant at CGI since October 2023. Prior roles at EUSPA included LISO Support from October 2023 to October 2024, while previous positions include Security Architect and Security Risk Manager at ASML from May 2021 to September 2023, and Team Lead Security Consultancy at Traxion from July 2019 to September 2023. Vermeulen served as CISO at Expansion b.v. from July 1999 to June 2019 and held various engineering roles at Bovis Lend Lease Microelectronics and Crystal Consulting Engineers earlier in the career. Vermeulen holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, earned between 1989 and 1997, and a Gymnasium diploma from Spieringshoek from 1983 to 1989.
