Ismael G. is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security consulting and implementation, currently serving as a Principal Consultant - Security at F5 since August 2013. In this role, Ismael leads a consulting team, designs and deploys advanced security technologies such as Web Application Firewalls and API protection for high-profile clients across the Americas, and contributes to product development. Prior experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Consultant/Penetration Tester for independent clients, OWASP Chapter Leader, and Professor, along with positions at renowned organizations such as BRB - Banco de Brasília S.A. and Modulo Security Solutions.
