Haissam Zaky

Haissam Zaky is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Solution Architect and Agile Evangelist at Lavery, de Billy since December 2020, Haissam focuses on upgrading ERP systems and implementing Agile methodologies. As CTO of Retrigo since August 2016, Haissam has driven technical innovations. Previous roles include Programmer Analyst at Bell and Cogeco Connexion, where web diagnostic tools and applications were developed to enhance customer service operations. Other notable contributions include consulting roles at Telefilm Canada and Vidéotron, specializing in Java and web technologies. Haissam holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, complemented by certifications in Scrum and Project Management.
