Molly O'Neill

Molly O'Neill is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and public service. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Operations at CGI since December 2022, Molly previously held significant positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Crowdstack, Inc. and Vice President at CGI, where efforts focused on marketing and emerging technologies. As a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration since 2009, contributions have been made to improve government effectiveness and accountability. In addition, strategic advisement roles with the Partnership for Public Service and previous leadership at the US EPA as Assistant Administrator and Chief Information Officer underscore a commitment to public sector challenges. Molly holds a B.S. from Virginia Tech.
