Randall Martinez, CAM, CAPS, is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience across various roles in the multifamily sector. Currently serving as Renovation Field Manager at Chadwell Supply since February 2023, Randall has held multiple positions including Regional Manager at 180 Multifamily Properties and Property Manager at several companies, such as Shippy Property Management, RPM Living, GVA Property Management, and Pinnacle Property Management Services, primarily focused on Distinction Apartments. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas State University, along with real estate training from the Champions School of Real Estate, Randall has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing diverse property needs.
