Elisa Bruno has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Elisa is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Level Shoes at Chalhoub Group, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at LevelShoes from December 2020 to April 2023. Elisa also has experience in teaching, as they worked as a Lecturer in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni from October 2019 to April 2021. In addition, Elisa is the Founder of Elisa Bruno Consultancy, which they established in March 2019 and continues to manage until April 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at prestigious fashion brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna and Burberry. At Ermenegildo Zegna, they served as the Retail and Marketing Director for EMEA from October 2016 to December 2018. During their time at Burberry, Elisa held multiple positions including Director of Retail for the Middle East and Director of Service & Productivity for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Elisa started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Store Manager at Dolce&Gabbana SpA.
