Emma El-Karout has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Emma is currently working at Chalhoub Group as the VP of Talent Management, where they lead talent development and performance management strategies. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of ONE CIRCLE™ - The Future of HR, an online community of freelance HR experts. Emma has also held leadership positions at Home Centre, Etoile Group, Qatar Petroleum, InterContinental Hotels Group, Habtoor Hospitality, and Le Royal Hotel - Beirut. Emma started their career as a Business Consultant at the International Consulting and Training Network and later worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at International Consultants Group.
Emma El-Karout completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Lebanese American University. Emma then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the American University of Beirut, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at Lebanese American University from 1997 to 1999.
