Erica Larsen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and legal operations. Currently serving as Vice President at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since 2019, Erica has previously held significant roles including Principal Counsel for Employment Law at Apple from 2009 to 2018, and Senior Counsel in the Employment & Benefits Law Group at Sun Microsystems, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Erica's career began as an Associate in the Employment Law Department at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (2003-2005) and as a Paralegal in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (1998-2000). Erica obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Tufts University.
