Joel Anderson

Joel Anderson serves as the Head of Technology and Cybersecurity at Channel Infrastructure NZ since May 2025. Previously, Joel held the position of Head of Technology, Digital & Cybersecurity Architecture at Auckland Airport, where strategic technology and digital transformation efforts were led across various platforms. Joel's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Technology, Digital and Security Architecture at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited and Unified Communications Platform Lead at Suncorp New Zealand, focusing on architecting security programs and enhancing technology roadmaps. Joel has a solid educational background with a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Information and Communications Technology and Security Architecture from Dennis Gabor Applied University, complemented by diplomas in Multimedia Development and Architecture.
