Ana Kulevanova

Ana Kulevanova serves as the VP of HR & Operations and Transformation Officer at Chaos, where responsibilities include coordinating the Transformation and Value Realization plan for over 140 employees and driving operational efficiency. Previously, as the Managing Director of Chaos Software Macedonia, strategic oversight of operational and budgetary aspects across two offices was a key focus. Ana's extensive HR experience encompasses roles such as Director of People and Culture, where the implementation of HR strategies and overseeing projects like Workday implementation across multiple countries were priorities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and current pursuit of a PhD in Organizational Science and Management at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
