Stilyan Mirchev

Stilyan Mirchev is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT management, operations, and product development. Currently serving as Group CIO at Chaos since January 2018, Stilyan oversees global IT, security, and operations while managing distributed teams across Europe during critical merger and acquisition phases. Prior to this role, Stilyan held various positions within Chaos, including VP IT, Systems and Infrastructure, where the integration of IT systems was successfully driven post-merger, and Director Operations, focusing on operational strategy and team collaboration through agile methodologies. Spanning earlier roles at Naxex Technological Development, Gameloft, SafeCharge, and GlobalCollect, Stilyan has demonstrated a strong track record in leadership and project management. Stilyan holds a BA in International Business and Management Studies from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria, and has participated in an exchange program at the University of the West of Scotland.
