Nicole’s practice includes both domestic and international transactions including recent transactions in which debt was issued by entities from the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, and France. Additionally, Nicole regularly represents investors including entities from the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Nicole also serves as co-editor for the American College of Investment Counsel’s monthly publication Private Notes.
