Hillary Roberts

Hillary Roberts is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in Private Equity and M&A. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Chapman Tripp since February 2025, Hillary previously held the positions of Director and Senior Legal Consultant at Kromann Reumert from August 2019 to February 2025, and worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP from October 2016 to August 2019.
