Dr. Amanda Davies, PhD, currently serves as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Home Team Academy since September 2022 and a Senior Researcher at Charles Sturt University from January 2022. Dr. Davies is engaged in several significant research projects, including the evaluation of the NSW Sheriff's Office Body Worn Camera Project and a 5-year longitudinal study on attrition and retention in the NSW Police Force. Previously, Dr. Davies held multiple titles at Rabdan Academy, including Senior Researcher and Program Chair for Policing and Security. Dr. Davies holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Police Education from Charles Sturt University, a Master of Education in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts from James Cook University, in addition to early education at Gayndah Primary School, Clayfield College, and Rockhampton Girls Grammar School.
