Margaret Sorial

Margaret Sorial is currently a Nursing Student at Charles Sturt University since April 2024. With extensive experience in various leadership and management roles, Sorial served as a Workforce Activation Partner in Human Capital at Deloitte from May 2021 to April 2024 and held the position of Future Strategic Workforce Planning with the Royal Australian Navy from September 2019 to May 2021. Previously, Sorial worked with Deloitte in multiple capacities, including Director and Senior Manager from March 2017 to September 2019, and had a long career with the Australian Army as an Army Officer and Commanding Officer of both the Melbourne University Regiment and Monash University Regiment from September 1990 to March 2017. Additionally, Sorial was a Designer at McSorial Design from January 2003 to January 2015 and served as an Air Force Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force from February 1986 to September 1990. Sorial holds a Graduate Certificate in Aviation Studies from the Australian Army.
