Benjie Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in stormwater management and project coordination. Currently serving as Stormwater Engineering Project Manager III at the City of Charleston since February 2019, Benjie has previously held the position of Senior Maintenance Project Manager. Prior roles include District Permit Engineer at SCDOT, Project Engineer at AECOM, and County Engineer for Florence County.
