Lance Laska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality control, currently serving as the Senior Continuous Improvement Leader for the Ohio Region at Charter Manufacturing since February 2015. Prior to this role, Lance worked at Charter Steel in various positions, including LRF/VOD Operator, QC Supervisor, and Inventory Control Billet Supervisor, from February 2007 to the present. Lance's career began at Laska's Lankmark Flooring as a contractor from January 2003 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute, a Certified Reliability Engineer credential from ASQ, and ongoing studies in Long Product Rolling and Project Management, among others. Lance’s academic background includes a BA in Leadership from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an associate's degree from Cleveland State University.
