Mechelle Britland

Mechelle Britland is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Chefs' Toys, a TriMark Company since April 2022, Mechelle also holds the position of Executive Chef at Taps Brewery + Kitchen in Yorba Linda, where tenure spans approximately six years. Previously, Mechelle held roles including Kitchen Manager and Lead Line Cook across multiple establishments, such as TAPS Fish House & Brewery and The Catch Anaheim. Building culinary skills through extensive experience, Mechelle holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California-Orange County.
