Russ Schaller started their work experience in 1990 as a SR Manufacturing Supervisor at Motorola Mobile Devices. Russ then worked at Cherry Electrical Products from 2000 to 2005 as a Production Supervisor. In 2005, they joined Cherry Corporation as a Supervisor and Project Coordinator. From 2006 onwards, they worked at ZF Electronics / Cherry Electrical products as an Applications Engineer and Project Coordinator.
