Autumn Lashley

Autumn Lashley, PHR, has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Chesapeake Energy since October 2008. In this role, Autumn functions as an internal HR consultant, addressing HR inquiries, interpreting policies, and resolving employee relations issues while conducting regular meetings with corporate and field leaders. Prior roles at Chesapeake Energy include positions in talent acquisition, relocation management, and HR assistance, where Autumn managed a multi-million dollar relocation program and oversaw the recruitment process. Earlier experience at Hideaway included customer service management and various dining service roles. Autumn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma.
