Allan Cowie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the charitable sector and public health. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Services at Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland since April 2019, Allan Cowie previously held significant roles at Macmillan Cancer Support from January 2006 to March 2019, including Director of Quality & Impact and Director of Service Excellence and Support. Prior to that, Allan Cowie was a consultant at Price Waterhouse Cooper and served as National Programme Manager for the Scottish Government Health Department from 1999 to 2001. Academically, Allan Cowie holds an MBA from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
