Joanne Worsham

Joanne Worsham currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Chesterfield County, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance application services, including eGovernment and data analytics. Formerly, Joanne was the Senior Director of Professional Services at Ellucian, overseeing ERP solution implementations for higher education institutions worldwide. Joanne also held the position of Information Systems Director at Longwood University, where the development of a formal PMO was a significant achievement. Prior roles include serving as a Business Analyst at Wyeth Ayerst/Whitehall Robins and as Information Systems Director at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital, where Joanne implemented key network infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Computer Security, both obtained from Strayer University.
