Edward Cooper

Edward Cooper is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application architecture and information systems. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Virginia Department of Taxation since July 2006, Edward has also held the role of Application Architect. Prior to this, Edward was an Account Executive at Wolfgangs Gym from January 2009 to November 2019 and worked as a System Analyst at the Virginia Department of Taxation from January 1995 to June 2006. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Johnson C. Smith University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
