Katie Kiefer

Katie Kiefer is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a CHRO Senior Communications Advisor at Chevron since March 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Waste Management, including Senior Director of Internal Communications from August 2021 to March 2024, and spent eight years at PepsiCo in several roles, culminating as Director of Corporate Communications. In this capacity, Katie led corporate communications, media relations, and employee engagement strategies for PepsiCo Foods North America. Additional experiences include directing business and executive communications for Sony Pictures Television and progressive roles at Cohn & Wolfe and Porter Novelli. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
