Phil Hoener is an experienced engineering manager with a career spanning over two decades in the chemical industry, primarily with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2008. Hoener has held various leadership roles, including engineering manager for significant projects such as the Golden Triangle Polymers Project and the USGC II OSBL. Notably, Hoener served as project manager for the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project, overseeing capital projects at the Ras Laffan Olefins Complex and contributing to early development for the USGC II project. Prior to Chevron Phillips, Hoener worked at INVISTA and E.I. DuPont, where roles included production manager and technical area superintendent.
