Jayant Jagtap

Jayant Jagtap has over 25 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Jayant most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations and Supply Chain at Godrej Tyson Foods Limited, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple plants and sourcing projects. Before that, Jayant was the General Manager for Manufacturing and Technology at Olam, where they successfully managed multiple factories and led the erection, installation, and commissioning of Africa's largest rice mill. Jayant also has experience working at Mondelēz International as the Factory Transformation Lead, United Breweries Ltd. as the General Manager, W. R. Grace & Co. as the General Manager of Operations, Everest Industries Limited as the Production Manager, and Borax Morarji Limited as the Assistant Production Manager. Throughout their career, Jayant has focused on driving operational excellence, implementing management systems, and optimizing manufacturing performance.

Jayant Jagtap earned their B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from an unspecified institution, between the years 1991 and 1995. In 2010, they completed a Six Sigma Black Belt program at BMGI India. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Jayant obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Operations.
