Kelly Pattermann has extensive experience in nonprofit management and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Operations at Chicago Cares since April 2015, where multiple roles have included Director and Associate Director. Prior to this, Kelly worked as an Event Coordinator for JOURNEYS | The Road Home, managing fundraising event logistics, and as a Construction Crew Leader at Habitat for Humanity, overseeing home construction projects. Additional experience includes service as Assistant Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC, a Marketing Assistant at Follett Educational Services, and an Intern at Stevens Advertising. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
