Hannah Hester-Goralski, MSA, has an extensive background in sports management and customer service, currently serving as Senior Manager of Season Ticket Service for the Chicago Cubs since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing a base of over 1,300 Season Ticket Holders and enhancing customer retention through effective communication and relationship-building. Previous roles within the Cubs organization include Manager and Service Excellence Program Representative, as well as work with the Chicago White Sox as a Social Media Ambassador. Hannah's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and Sports Management from Loyola University Chicago.
