Felix Yu is a seasoned mental performance coach with extensive experience in sports psychology and performance consulting. From August 2020 to June 2022, Felix served in multiple roles at Chicago Fire FC, including Mental Performance Coach and Senior Coordinator for Academics & Mental Performance, focusing on individualized performance enhancement for players across various teams and organizational levels. Prior to this, Felix was the Lead Mental Performance Consultant at The Performance Pursuit and worked with high-level golf players at Wildcat Golf Academy, providing tailored mental skill training and conducting group workshops. Felix's background includes a counseling internship at George B. Swift Specialty School and experience as a mental performance consultant for junior varsity men's basketball at Pritzker College Prep. Felix holds a Master's degree in Counseling with a specialization in Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from The University of Queensland.
