Matthew Winger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Leave of Absence Administrator at Chicago Public Library since July 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Transaction Manager at Dream Town Realty from August 2020 to June 2023, where expert support contributed to over $50 million in sales. At ComPsych, Matthew progressed through various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, and FMLA Claims Specialist from August 2014 to July 2020, effectively enhancing the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
