Kyle Counts

Kyle Counts is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2018, Kyle has previously held the position of Director of Compensation within the same company. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Mercer from April 2016 to September 2018 as a Senior Associate and was involved in consulting as an Associate Consultant and Human Capital Analyst at Mercer Management Consulting from July 2012 to September 2018. Kyle began the professional journey as a Finance Intern at Medtronic in 2010. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from UCLA, earned between 2008 and 2012.
