Erin Brandon

Erin Brandon (Gfeller) currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Compensation at Vantage Data Centers since January 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of People Services Operations (Compensation) at QTS Data Centers from September 2018 to January 2024, earning recognition as a 2020 Eagle Club inductee. Erin's career also includes roles as Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Hyland and Manager of Sales Compensation at Lexmark Enterprise Software, where Erin managed the Global Sales Compensation Program. Early career experiences include financial analysis roles at Ascend Learning and Gilmore & Bell, P.C., complemented by an MBA from The University of Kansas School of Business and a BSBA from Missouri Southern State University.
