Daniela Underwood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniela began their career as a Life Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company in 2015. Following that, they worked as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Robert Half in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at 1888GOANSWER and concurrently served as Customer Service Staff at Lencore Acoustics LLC. Daniela then transitioned to become a Customer Service Manager at Mercury Notifications LLC in 2020, where they held the position until 2022. Currently, Daniela is working as a Technical Account Manager at CHIPS Technology Group.
Daniela Underwood completed their Advanced Regents Diploma at Hempstead High School from 2007 to 2011. Daniela then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the State University of New York at Fredonia, graduating in 2015.
