Géza Koscsák has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as a Doctoral Student at the University of Miskolc. Géza then worked as a Design Engineer at MAG Hungary from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they became a Scientific Assistant at the University of Stuttgart. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at INDEX-Werke GmbH & Co. KG, holding various roles including Development Engineer, Project Manager, and Team Manager in Advanced Development and Simulation. In 2015, they were appointed as the Director of Design Engineering at matec Maschinenbau GmbH. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Advanced Development at CHIRON Group since 2017.

Géza Koscsák earned their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc between 1992 and 1998. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a Dr.-Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007.
