Ruby Hoang

Ruby Hoang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and growth strategy, particularly within the digital marketplace sector. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Chợ Tốt from August 2020 to February 2024, Ruby played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a horizontal classifieds site to a leader in vertical markets, overseeing teams focused on strategy, marketing, and marketplace experience while driving significant revenue growth. Prior to this, Ruby served as Head of Growth & Strategy at Chợ Tốt and held marketing and communications roles at Skoolbo, Foreword Communications, Red Shoe Communications, and Grey Global. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communications & New Media from the National University of Singapore and has international education experience from Uppsala University.
