Justin Poss

Justin Poss has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with Chobani, where tenure began in March 2010 and progressed through various roles including Director of Manufacturing, Senior Processing Manager, Processing Manager, Production Manager, and Processing Supervisor until the present. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Packaging Supervisor at Boston Beer Company for a brief period in 2014. Complementing practical experience, education includes an Associate of Science in Labor Studies from Empire State University and Justin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the State University of New York at Oswego, expected to complete in June 2027.
