Steven Schwarzer

Steven Schwarzer is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Redwood Materials since May 2024. Additionally, Steven is a Co-Owner of SDS Properties, LLC and a Partner at the eRacing Association, both roles held since April 2022 and February 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Tesla from December 2015 to April 2024, where Steven held multiple senior management positions in Manufacturing Operations, overseeing substantial teams and driving sustainable energy initiatives. Steven's career began with the US Navy, where roles spanned from Senior Operations Manager to Associate Operations Manager, contributing to operational excellence from July 2005 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, complemented by a Command and Staff Diploma from the U.S. Naval War College.
