Meaghan Phillip

Meaghan Phillip is an experienced professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Program Manager at CHRISTUS Health since May 2021. In this role, Meaghan develops and implements leadership programs aligned with organizational strategy, manages the Emerging Leaders Program, and assesses training opportunities for performance development. Prior to this position, Meaghan worked as a Talent Management Consultant, where key initiatives included launching an Emerging Leaders Program and improving program impact on associate retention rates. Additional experience includes roles in human resources at Allstate and Phillips Flowers & Gifts, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, policy facilitation, and recruitment. Meaghan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University.
