As Chief Financial Officer, Ahmed is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, M&A and investor relations, and overall business operations. Mostafa has over 25 years of progressive financial and operational experience.
Prior to Chronus, Mostafa served as the Managing Partner of Vertex Accounting Solutions, a professional firm he started to provide emerging high-tech companies access to senior financial executives on a fractional basis, and as the Managing Partner of Blackstone Realty, an investment firm he started to provide investors with a low-risk high-return investment vehicle in real estate. Mostafa also served as a CFO and as a senior financial executive in several high-growth software companies where he oversaw Finance, Legal, HR, M&A, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. Prior to that, Mostafa led several public and private company audits as a member of the technology audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mostafa is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.
