Joseph Trezza

Joseph Trezza is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in property and casualty insurance operations, particularly in Latin America. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Corporate & Commercial Lines and P&C Underwriting Operations at Chubb since September 2018, Trezza oversees underwriting operations across nine countries. Prior experience at AIG includes various leadership roles, such as Head of Operations at the Olathe Shared Service Center, where Trezza managed a large team and successfully executed shared services migrations. Trezza has a strong background in financial reporting, risk management, and organizational design, complemented by an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from St. John's University and a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
