C. Chad R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Law Clerk at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC in 2009. C. Chad continued to gain legal experience as a Summer Associate at Fultz Maddox Hovious & Dickens PLC in 2010 and at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC again in 2011. In 2012, they joined Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP as an Associate and worked there until 2017. During their time at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, they held various roles. In 2017, they joined Churchill Downs Incorporated as a Corporate Counsel and later advanced to the position of Senior Counsel, Sports & Online Gaming. Currently, C. Chad R. holds the position of Vice President Legal at Churchill Downs Incorporated.

C. Chad R. received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Economics and Government from Centre College in the years 2004-2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics, graduating in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.
