Corrie Bhamani

Corrie (Butcher) Bhamani is a seasoned professional in workforce transformation and leadership at CIBC, serving as Senior Director since May 2017. With a focus on developing future work perspectives and enhancing workforce agility, Corrie has led various initiatives including the creation of a leadership development program for executives and the Global Workplace Experience Strategy for CIBC’s new headquarters. Previous roles at CIBC include Director of Enterprise Performance and Talent Programs, where oversight of performance management for over 40,000 employees was a key responsibility, and Senior Manager of HR Strategic Initiatives, managing extensive HR projects for a large employee base. Corrie holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
