Francesca F.

Francesca F. has extensive experience in business systems analysis and digital technology, currently serving as a Director at CIBC since February 2001, following roles as Senior Manager and Business Systems Analyst. Prior to this, Francesca held the position of Interactive Architect at DERIVION CORPORATION and worked in various capacities at CIBC, including User Interface Specialist and Usability Analyst, from May 1989 to September 2000. Francesca also has teaching experience as an ESL Literacy Instructor with the Toronto District School Board. Educational qualifications include a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Toronto, a certification as a Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, and a certificate in Adult Education/Staff Training & Development from Seneca Polytechnic.
