Martha Bennett

Martha Bennett serves as the Senior Director of Technology Transformation and Risk Governance at CIBC since January 2014, where responsibilities include establishing Agile Organizational practices and overseeing technology and infrastructure operational risk management. Previously, Martha held the position of Senior Director, Corporate Centre Technology at CIBC, managing over 100 applications for corporate operational teams with a significant operating budget and team size. Prior experience includes roles as Divisional Vice President of Business Solution Delivery and Management at Sears Canada, and various leadership positions at Canadian Tire Corporation from 2004 to 2012, including Vice President of Business Solution Delivery and IT. Martha holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University.
