Pola Cheong

Pola Cheong is an experienced professional in campaign strategy and customer engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Campaign Strategy in Business Banking at CIBC since September 2021. Pola's expertise includes analyzing client insights to identify growth opportunities, developing client lifecycle maps, and enhancing campaign effectiveness across various channels. Previously, Pola held positions at Scotiabank, where strategies led to significant increases in customer engagement, as well as roles at Christian Dior Couture Korea and Ferrari, focusing on client development and public relations.
