Tony Dagner

Tony Dagner, FSA, is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Actuarial Senior Manager at Cigna Healthcare since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing the Cigna+Oscar pricing team’s strategy and filing work. Dagner has previously held multiple roles within Cigna, including Actuarial Advisor/Manager, where leadership of the Pharmacy Economics Channel Optimization team was a key focus, and Actuarial Lead Analyst, providing financial forecasting for the Medicare Supplement business. Earlier experience includes actuarial internships at Cigna and Willis Towers Watson, along with a background as a Mathematics Tutor at The University of Iowa, where Dagner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
