Olena Kucherova

Olena Kucherova has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing, currently serving as the Purchasing Team Lead at Ciklum since June 2019. Olena designs and implements strategic purchasing plans, conducts market reviews, and prepares evaluations for tenders and offers while maintaining the revenue generation function of the buyers' team. Prior to Ciklum, Olena held various roles at Scania Ukraine from October 2005 to June 2019, culminating as Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included cost-saving initiatives and procurement market planning. Earlier career positions included logistics and administrative roles at multiple organizations, providing a solid foundation in office management and customer service. Olena holds an education from Kiev State Linguistic University.
