Jesus Angulo is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving as a quality assurance advisor at CIMA+ since February 2022, previous roles include civil engineering technician at Ciment Québec Inc. and service manager for water and sewer services at Acuecar S.A E.S.P. Jesus has a strong background in supervising civil engineering projects, planning and executing large infrastructure works, and ensuring compliance with construction standards. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in project management from Universidad del Mar and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cartagena.
