Jason Hallam

Senior Global Director, Customer Support at Cin7

Jason Hallam has diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jason started their career as an Account Admin at Speedo in 1989 and then worked as a Customer Service Officer and Team Leader at Thomas Cook. In 2000, they joined IMS Health as Director Sales Development and Manager of the E-Services division. From 2005 to 2009, they served as a Group Manager at the Auckland Regional Council. In 2009, they joined the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, first as Manager for the Contact Centre of Immigration New Zealand and then as the National Manager. In 2019, they started working at Xero as the Head of Customer Experience, where they focused on building an exceptional work culture and developing the team's capabilities. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Global Director, Customer Support at Cin7, having previously served as the Global Director in the same department.

Jason Hallam earned their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from The University of Manchester, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
